Members' live tour and Q&A
About
For the first time ever, we are hosting a livestream tour of Longford Castle.
During our virtual tour, expert guides Alexandra Ormerod and Debbie Bichener will highlight the fine architecture, the historical paintings, and the story of the Pleydell-Bouverie family who call this Elizabethan castle home. Lord Radnor and Curator Susanna Avery-Quash will then join to discuss the Castle and its famous collection.
Home to the Earl of Radnor, Longford Castle is one of England’s most exquisite estates. Its world-class collection once housed some of the Gallery’s best-known paintings, including Holbein’s ‘Ambassadors’ and Poussin’s ‘Adoration of the Golden Calf’.
This online event is your opportunity to see the Castle like never before.
Make sure to book your space for this special Members’ tour and conversation.
